Check it out. My first readable ELISA curve!!
Coated with 1ug/ml goat anti-rat IgG. Eight point dilution curve testing: Columns 1,2,11 & 12 IgG Ab Standard starting concentration 0.25ug/ml; Columns 3-10, 1:500 Rat serum sample. Detection: Columns 1-6, 1:2000 Goat anti-rat-HRP in PBS with 2% BSA; Columns 7-12, 1:4000 Goat anti-rat-HRP in PBS with 2% BSA.
Background is still quite high for purpose but I have found a readable curve! Excuse the obvious pipette error with the... highly frustrating multichannel (can't wait to try the new ones the company is going to demo, maybe the tips will actually seal).
