I did it! After adjusting concentrations, temperatures, reagents ect. I have successfully optimized the ELISA for a dose dependent cGRP vaccine analysis! Obviously I can't say a whole lot about this work beyond the skills I've been learning but Vaxxinity has some seriously cool stuff happening! Oh, for the record, blocking at 37°C for 2 hours with 10% BSA in PBS has been much better than using SuperBlock at 4°C overnight. You know, just saying... SuperBlock has not been so super.
Plates 1 & 2: Columns 1 & 2 Pre-immune serum (same animal as in columns 5 & 6). Columns 3 & 4, placebo. Columns 5 & 6; 7 & 8 animals received 30ug/ml and columns 9 & 10; 11 & 12 animals received 300ug/ml. Controls: Row H 1 & 2 blank; 11 & 12 negative.
